 Knight & Associates Facility Management Division focuses on offering the highest quality, full service, on-site facilities management available in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
This division services over 780,000 square feet of class A commercial property. We take pride in our ability to blend into a business environment. Our technicians have a clean appearance and professional attitude. They are well trained in all aspects of building maintenance with an emphasis on commercial air conditioning, and they are EPA certified to handle all levels of HVAC systems. We are available for emergencies twenty-four hours a day. Our dispatcher based normal business hours response time is usually within one hour and can be quicker for emergencies.
